If I get 4 connections through my provider, does that mean 4 devices logged in, or 4 concurrent active logins?

Like, can I log into 50 places but only have 4 actively streaming at the same time, or can I only have 4 devices/services logged in at once.

You can have your IPTV installed on 50 devices but can only use 4 at the same time.  If you try to run your 4 device limited IPTV on 5 or 6 devices simultaneously you'll get buffering for all 5 or 6 of them.
