What streaming device out of these three do you recommend ?
I've heard good things about the new chromecast. How does that compare to the firestick and Tivio Stream ?
Im looking at an inexpensive device for my parents so they can stream IPTV through Tivimate. I dont want slowdowns or bugs because that'll create issues for them. Ideally a Sheild would be great but its too much.
Hands down New Chromecast. I have had all 3. And new Chromecast is by far the best of them all. You can't beat stock android software. Fire stick is an android interface bloated with useless apps and 3rd party add ons. It is the worst of the 3 in my opinion. And yes shield is best choice if you have the money.
I have used the chromecast google tv and very good device however in todays standards we should be looking for 2gb ram or more is way forward in my opinion
The fire tv stuff now with new GUI is very nice although some folk dont like it
Today i use the fire cube 4K with the new UI and tivimate along with iMplayer works flawless however if the cube is out of budget get the chromecast google TV
like wise ive also had the 4K sticks and very good also but between the 4k stick and google tv me would go for google TV
apart from the remotes being sluggish, sometimes. I've never had or heard of any other problems with firesticks
FireStick 4K with Ethernet adaptor.. the recently updated homescreen is a lot less frustrating to use also
I have been using a 4k fire stick for a few years now and no problems… I do have a Chromecast with Google tv and I really don’t care for it… I personally prefer the 4K fire stick…
Have Cube & 4K sticks. Very happy. Shield is mucho $’s. Try a Dynalink device very impressed and priced at 4K level
In this scenario definitely a new model of Firestick with ethernet adaptor just for fast streaming! Premium TiVimate subscription and VPN. That should do the job. I am using Firestick 4k and honestly never crossed 3mind to change it.
I’ve been using the Firestick 4K for about a year with an IPTV provider and it’s been great until now but I just got the new UI update and now it’s giving me all sorts of issues. Lots of freezing and restarting. Been looking for a solution online but haven’t found anything yet.

You really can’t beat the price of the fire stick 4K. They have always worked well for me. Just be prepared to side load apps.
And after watching my grandson use the chromecast in schooling, it sucks when it comes to adding stuff and it doesn't act like a tablet or a laptop
Have you guys noticed anything with the fire sticks I've noticed that all the IPTV apps GS or IPTV Smarter all the superior and if you manually push it the install but they will not open this is post major update they did about a month ago... I have a 4K and a non 4K stick I'm not sure which ones which but anyone else?
Been using firesticks for 6 years... work great for me, but I'm lucky enough to have solid internet. If you're in the UK add a VPN to your system too.
