I’ve used a service for a while without issue on Apple TV. Now, out of nowhere, my sound on every channel is ahead of the picture. I’ve tried a few different t apps and it’s the same. On my computer and phone, the sound is fine. I’ve reached out to the provider and they had no information. Do you guys have any thoughts? Everything else I play on the Apple TV is in sync.
Does it only happen when using IPTV? Or on every thing you try to watch on the Apple TV.. The problem I had was with Netflix... It only was happening on there... I unplugged my firestick, plugged back in and it was good to go.. Maybe you need to download an update? Or had an update just happened?
If it happens on every channel, then it cannot be the provider and must be software related.
Id reach out to the developer of the software you're using.
If it's just problematic on one channel, then it could be getting encoded wrong, but that's highly unlikely to be the case here.
sounds like a provider issue.
although, i've never come across this problem with my service, so i don't know for sure
was there any updates? did you change anything? have your quality settings reset? is your VPN on/off?
Unplug from power supply let reset and try again.. I’ve had this problems several times in the past..
