IPTV Player for car

Someone on another forum is selling android powered boxes that he says will connect to a car via usb (and powered by same usb) that will allow IPTV to be played straight through on to the display screen. He's charging £250 though which seems well lumpy to me. Anyone know what these boxes and software could be?

Yeah, there are quite a lot of such Chinese devices on Aliexpress that can be used for a replacement of the car's system.

As of the software, OTT Navigator works pretty well on such devices.
