What do you think of internet TV playlist / stream playback on Apple TV 4K? It works well ? Are there any constraints? Is the image quality good? Is it as good as on Shield TV 2019? Or that on android boxes?

Yes I have two Nvidia shields with tivimate and I have an apple tv 4k in the guest room running iptvx. It's the best I have found for iptv for Apple 🍏 TV
I have tried iPlayTV, IPTVX and iProTV, and I find iProTV to be the best. I haven't used Tivimate, but from what I can tell iProTV looks very similar. If you have multiple connections you can use a multicast feature to show up to 4 streams at once, it syncs across devices, preview in guide etc.
IPTVX is the best one IMO. IplayTV isn't bad, but IPTVX is the closest thing to TiviMate. And if you sign up for the Family Sharing/cloud, it makes it very convienent and easy to play on ipads or iphones in addition to atv.
