Black screen on movie (sounds fine)

Question

Hi people, Im using Net IPTV app on Samsung smart tv and all time app was work perfect till today. When I try to start any movie I can hear sound but picture missing (black screen). Tv channel programs works fine and I have this problem only with movies. I try restart interner router and reupload iptv list but same problem again. Does anybody have any solution for this problem ? Thanks

I don’t use the same setup but you can try this: force close and clear cache. Or try to play movie on a different player like VLC. If it plays, then get a separate device.

Sounds like you’re talking about VOD.  External player is best bet.  A dedicated streaming device is usually best experience too.
