I had a go at this myself recently so can share my experience. You can find the stream URL's that USTVGO uses by using the Developer Tools in Chrome to record and XHR Network calls.
This would show you a 'chunks.m3u8' address that would work in VLC, or if you were confident making your own m3U playlist you could import into TiviMate etc.
HOWEVER, the URL also includes a Nimble Session ID. I'm not sure how often this refreshes, but I believe it's at least once a day. Therefore the URL's you've entered into your m3u soon become redundant and you'd have to re-do it all every day.
Personally, after a couple days testing this I decided it wasn't worth the effort every day when the website is easy enough... but thought I'd let you know it is possible, just not practical :)
All the best.
You would have to use something like TiviMate, along with a US m3u Playlist to have access to most of the content that USTVGO uses! Feel free to PM me if you have any questions!
You can not use ustvgo as an app , instead you need a provider that provides you with m3u line and run it on any iptv app . a lot of apps out there also a lot of providers , depending in your location the provider might be useful for you or not , currently am on a provider that is more specific on us channels so for me I use tivimate + my provider and no need to use the ustvgo website .
You can import ustvgo into plex with fhdhr. Works well.
Web browser only. No m3u support.
