Formuler Z8 Pro.....Replaced my T95 Max+ today, and what a difference

Wow....what took me so long. After reading lots of reviews on here, I finally pulled the trigger and got the Formuler z8 pro. The moment I took it out of the box and hard wired it to my ethernet, it just started updating to the latest firmware, and the menu just looks smooth.

I was fed up with constant lagging/latency of the T95 even though I have 1GB download speed. I quickly installed Tivimate premium, and surfshack vpn.

It's unfortunate to witness the Erikssen collapse for the Danish in Euro 2020 on home soil. Prayers to him and his family!

The built in iptv player mytvonline is lightyears ahead of anything else

I've been using the Formuler z8 since second release. Still use it now and it's going on 3 years old. Best IPTV box you can buy. This isn't a gaming box, runs Android TV with the MyTVOnline2 IPTV app. MyTVOnline2 is the most cable/satellite like experience for IPTV and only available on Formuler. Supports M3U and Portal. Supports full PVR functions with external drives or servers.

I cut the cord for these features, gaming I have a PC for.

Would you say better than an Nvidia Shield?

Genuinely asking as I am not sure.

Also I’m not interested in gaming.

Same, love my Z8 Pro. MyTVOnline2 is such a great app (coming from Kodi, Perfect Player & StbEmu). I also feel it is the most stable (was running a Fire Stick 4k with StbEmu before), i had so many issues with buffering before and it's miles better on the Z8Pro, don't know why.

What's cool is Formulers FAQ, i googled something about the Box and found an immediate answer in the FAQ and more infos in their forum. Not bad tbh.

Thank for this, I've been wondering whether to pull the trigger on this for a while, you've convinced me:)

The major complaint seems to be with regard to the interface being a little confusing - anyone have any comments on this?

Why did you install Tivimate if you have Mytvonline already?

I've been thinking of upgrading, but the Z7+ is also half decent if you can get one of those cheap.
