I would like to watch free tv on kodi. Retrospect is a good one but a bit limited. I would like to watch North African and middle East tv too.

Iptv isn't free, despite what Google tells you.
If you find a free stream, it means it's stolen and the admin of the streaming server just hasn't found out yet and when they do, the feed will be removed.
Bottom line is, bandwidth cost someone money... So if you want reliable tv you will need it pay someone for access (aka iptv)
