Troypoint wrote a very favorable review of this media box. My current Android box has shown its age, it needs to be replaced.
Before the replies come back about the great Nvidia, it's out of my budget, MECOOL is under $80.
Hoping there are some users with practical experience who can comment their experience, good and bad.
I have no comment on the MECOOL as I don't own one. I do have a shield but that wasn't your question. Lol
But I will add, don't forget the firecube. It's under $80 for prime day
Trying to add Additional Storage on the KM2 is a challenge. It rendered 2 USB sticks "unreadable" after formatting. It may have a bug.

Yeh have Mecool box read loads of reviews b4 purchase.It is as reviews say great speed no lag snappy little box.Netfix is very clear non of this like looking thro a black curtain viewing.Got a discount so price was around 40 us.For the price a steal.

Yeah Just finished up loading programs and tweaking stuff in the settings I'm pretty impressed with the KM2 it's Google certified and Netflix now you get the 4K HDR and Amazon the 2 android devices that are only google certified are the shield and the KM2 no third party modded programs load all the app from the Google Play Store

For anyone who answers, I'm also curious if this box comes with the Google tv homescreen interface with all the ads on it. These ads are coming to the shield devices, and so I'm looking for a different device that doesn't have them
