It's just the web address you would normally type in to connect to your iptv server.
Its different for each provider, so best to ask your reseller
DNS is Domain Name Server. There are a few very important computers on the internet called DNSs. They duplicate each other for content so when one is updated they pass on the information to the others so all hold the same information. They are basically massive telephone directories, ie they convert the words you type in the address bar of your browser into a numerical address for routing around the internet. For example, the domain name server will translate Google . com to 142 . 250 . 80 . 46 (spaces on both sides of the full stop/point/period is because links are not allowed in this subreddit).
In IPTV, they mean the providers server url (or ip).
