I have a question; a friend is having a problem with an IPTV replay service that is freezing / skipping. I have looked on the internet and it suggests it is broadband vs provider problem. However, they have tried 3 different services (the bigger players) and they are all the same. Then they tried on there desktop it worked totally fine! So why is this! Could this be a TV hardware issue (not good enough) samsung s6 tv.

Tvs aren't the most powerful media players in the world. See if they can lay their hands on a 4K Firestick or something, they work fine for me.
