May I know what remote controllers are you guys using for your IPTV. My iptv needs to use the 4 colors. And shield remote doesn't allow that.

The FLIRC USB might be of use to you. Its the most inexpensive option that works quite decently. Might meet your needs.
The flirc USB is an infrared receiver and it can pair with most remotes (so you still need a remote, but even and old unused remote will work). And then you can program that remote and associate each key to a keyboard key. So when you press a key on the remote then a keyboard key is sent to the device. The flirc is 22$ american. Speciallyuseful if your device doesnt have an infrared receiver like the Nvidia shield pro.
