Newbie question on how to setup

Hi,

For each vendor I approach, they seem to have different requirements. I am looking to use my nVidia Shield, and I thought I'd just have to install some app (maybe TiviMate?) and be good to go, but some ask for macid, Ministra, STB emulator, etc. Is there a preferred setup, what are good questions to ask when I approach a vendor? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Just find a provider that uses Xtream codes..

what u/richg542 said. Just tell them you use Tivimate and ask for XC setup

I have been using stbemu on FTV stick. Cheap and best. Generate a Mac id and provide them. Do not give shield’s real Mac id.
