VLC works nice, but is there any way to not have eleventy-billion channels in one flat list?

For more clarity, let me explain my issue, i am using m3u playlist on PVR simple IPTV client on Kodi. But fee channels are showing playback error code. And when i tried those channels with VLC, it's working like a charm. Attaching the file format of the channel that's not playing on kodi. Does anyone know is the file format that causing this issue?
