Mirroring Android TV screen to windows

by FoxToGo

Hello, does anyone know of it's possible to mirror a Android TV Screen to a windows device? Thank you in advance

Only if the computers wifi card and video card support Miracast. It doesn't work over ethernet. It'll be in Settings > System > Projecting to this display. If you don't have the "Add a Wireless Display" option, then it's not compatible. If you can cast FROM the computer (using Windows Project, not app/YouTube cast), then technically you should be able to cast TO the computer, but that's not always the case. I have one that refuses to accept casting but I can cast from it.

If it's Windows 10 you can use the 'Your Phone' app. Once it's setup you click on apps (which is all your phones apps) and then at the top it has 'Open phone screen' which mirrors your phone. Alternatively you can open your phones apps through that screen, I haven't actually tested these out yet though to be honest. I just have my phone connected to the work PC this way so I can see phone notifications
