The stream on my IPTV begins to buffer after a couple of hours. Once I switch off the box for an hour or so, it works fine and goes back to buffering in 2-3 hours. Any ideas why? I don’t think it’s got anything to do with the service provider. Wondering if it’s an issue with the box itself.

Agree get a vpn trail.. Lots do 30 day money back guarantee. If it resolves then its isp throttle. Im also assuming it's not fixed hours this is happening as in peak hours. Another thing may help is restart your router at least once a week by unplugging at the mains and leave unplugged for 5 / 10 minutes.
