IPTV Smarters - no Data available

The app on my iphone used to works very well but since this morning no data are available anymore.

No live channels and movies. Only some few in Series.

I logout and login, rebooted the iphone, updated the EPG and Content with no result.

Any ideas how can I fix that?

Sounds like you need to talk to your iptv provider.

Open a ticket with your provider.

Try using your account on a different device, and / or a different app. This will give you a good idea whether iPTV Smarters is the problem, or your provider.

Same problem here. No content on iptv smarters pro app on ipad; except for some series. Everything works fine on other app so must be smarters pro related

Solution found

What i did:

  • signed out of the smarters app
  • removed app from ipad
  • rebooted ipad
  • install smarters app again
  • log in
  • there you go

you need to contact your service provider. this issue is from your IPTV service provider side, not IPTV smarters Application.
