TvHeadend with Automatic IPTV provider (m3u8 url) and xmltv url
There is a Kodi client and Android clients
I use Channels DVR.
SMARTERS Pro has one if you have XPI CODE IPTV
Formuler Mol2 box has the best DVR imho, however you need to buy the Formuler hardware, implayer is a pretty good software only package and based on Mol2.
TiviMate also has this option.
