I installed StbEmu free version in my Android box and after properly configured I was able to load my provider portal. To avoid ads I purchased the Pro version and did the same configuration. But this time the portal does not load and give the blue scree “your STB is blocked”. Anybody knows how to solve this issue?
Go to portal setting change URL and MAC address as previous also change serial no
you have to configure the portal url one more time.
when you install the pro version, your mag address might be different, as the emulator assigns a random mag address. Also make sure that the same model and firmware are selected and also the serial number is the same as in the free version, BEFORE connecting the first time with the new version of your stbemu pro to the portal (otherwise the provider will suspect a new/additional device and keep it blocked. When the problem persists, you might contact your provider to do a reset of your device at their end, best of all with the explanation of what you did. After that everything should work fine again. Be aware that several tries of new devices in a short time, might lead to a permanent block of your account with some providers.
