If you have any recommendations please type it. I have Samsung Q95T and the app I'm using is IPTV Smarters pro. i have most of the time this buffering problem so i want to ask u guys if u recommend another box or Stick if u know it does better job with streaming TV Channels.
I would recommend trying to do a speed test at the tv and not your phone, if all good then try with a vpn ISP’s nowadays are having issues routing or throttling, but you have to make sure you have enough juice left after vpn is ON
How have you got smarters app installed on that TV when it's not an android TV?
Chromecast, or Sheild. If you already have one, a Firestick. Past that, whatever STB you want, or even the TV, but the best experience would be the first 2.

I thought Smarters was the shit for months until I decided to try Tivimate the other day. It's 1000x better than any other app I've ever tried. Absolutely everything is customizable.
also have a Samsung (8 series). Used Ministra player to try IPTV but purchased a Mag box and the difference is significant. The cpu in the TV is simply not sufficient to use without buffering. The external Android box fixes that issue. If you like your service provider find out which device they support and can switch over your subscription.
TV's typically have low powered CPU's, much more efficient to utilize iptv on an android box with a decent CPU.
