I'm using Google TV with Chromecast. I installed both application. I'm not happy with XCIPTV because it's hard to fast-forward video on demands. Because of that I tried IPTV Smarters Pro. Smarters is better at VOD.
But I found out that IPTV Smarters Pro opens live TV channels 1 seconds slower than XCIPTV. Does anybody have the same feeling or am I the only one? And does anybody recommend better one other than TiVi Mate?

Personally, I like IPTV smarters Pro to use. If you have a better experience with IPTV smarters Pro than xciptv then this one second will doesn't matter.
Since nobody can be bothered to answer the OP's question, and as usual the Tivimate fanboys are out in full force, the reason Smarters loads slower is because it has a built in buffer. So it loads a few seconds of the stream in the buffer first.
Tivimate is considered the gold standard by most if you read back in this subReddit. If you are having a good experience with smarters does one second really matter? All Iptv has a tiny delay. I suggest you try tivimate and see how your experience is.
