Trying to integrate Xtream with xTeVe and Plex

by thecentury

So for the longest time I've been using xTeVe to import my M3U file and then using that to plug into Plex. I recently wanted to add some new channels and xTeVe is giving me issues with the M3U file location.

I reached out to my provider and he told me that starting in September I needed to start integrating Xtream codes API because "m3u lines kept getting leaked out".

I've looked online and haven't really found much of a tutorial on how to do this. He's telling me I should use Tivimate or m3u4u but I was hoping to just keep my ecosystem the same and not really change anything. That means trying to get this working with xTeVe. Can anyone assist?

You can create an m3u from the xtream codes login anyway if you need to

Just use your xtream codes server info & username/password into the following format

http://YOURSERVER/get.php?username=YOURUSERNAME&password=YOURPASSWORD&type=m3u_plus&output=ts
