IPTV internet speed issue

Question

I have tried tivimate premium and IPTV smarters pro for my sub. My internet speed averages 30mbps as per speedtest and fast apps but on smarters app im getting around 1-2 mbps with the same wifi on my MiBox S and also my mobile phone. I've tried 3 subs but the issue remains. Im not sure what is causing this issue. Looking forward to great help from this great forum. Cheers

Do not use the speed test on the app, rely on the speed test app, and make sure it is up to date
