There are three possibilities:

1. Load Bluestacks or similar Android emulator on a Windows or Mac computer. Load in the Tivimate Companion app and buy that way.
2. Borrow a friend's Android phone or tablet, load the Tivimate Companion app and buy that way. I recommend the one-time purchase of the lifetime sub for $25 for 5 devices so you don't have to do this again, ever.
3. Purchase a cheap, used, functional Android phone on ebay or locally via Craigslist or Offerup. They can be old as Tivimate Companion works on older Android versions. I've seen them on Ebay starting around $6 shipped.
