Convert M3U TCP IPTV to UDP Multicast

Hi guys,

I have a weird STB box that basically picks up multicast from the network, (don't ask me how/why). I have an IPTV sub that works great with my other gear, but I would like to know if something like this is possible:

Convert the TCP stream with the m3u playlist to a multicast UDP. I know the reverse is possible though. Can anyone point me in the right direction or share some lights here??

I think dvblast can do this.

It's gonna take a bunch of testing though. If you aren't friendly with cli, probably a non starter.
