Recently switched my isp to xfinity and now when I attempt to load my iptv playlists I get error messages and it won’t load. In order to get the playlists to load I have to tether using my phone. Once it loads I then change my firestick’s network connection back to xfinity. Oddly enough I can then stream with no problems. I’ve tried running various vpn’s on the firestick with no success.
I never experienced this issue with my previous isp - AT&T. Any solutions that I can try?
Might try using a different DNS server.
I’ve been using Xfinity for 5 years with my IPTV service and never had an issue… Have you tried hardwiring your device to the router.
because the block is being done at the router you can one of two simple things -- turn off security on the router( so far that may change in the future ) OR place your streaming device in a DMZ both options carry risks but both do work for now
There is a possibility xfinity shield is turned on that is why check how to turn it off
a vpn should fix the problem. or you could switch back to atat
