We have a new ql70 Samsung smart tv, and smarters pro. But there is a lot of problems watching. Either it just loads and Nothing comes up or the app cant start at all. Someone have tips what to do? Or if there os another app to download and log in to?

Just go to an external device - lots of choices - Shield, Fire TV, Chromecast with Google TV. Barely a $50 US investment on the latter two.
Fire sticks are great and work a treat I have both a shield and a fire stick 4k and both run just as good

Ive got samsung 75inch tv and we use the firestick 4k. have used smarters in the past, tivimate and um currently using my providers app which works well. Not tried installing direct onto the tv. Our firestick 4k is definitely better than the older versions, plus syper eaay to sideload using downloader.
I hold down the power button on the remote for 10-15 seconds and it will hard reset the TV. Ultimately, I just got a Roku stick for that TV because it keeps making my wife sign into apps.
I can imagine you don't want to buy a Firestick if you juist bought a new tv. Try Flixiptv. It is a stable app with simple interface.
But I agree that a Fire stick/android device + Tivimate is the best option.
Iptv smarters is not the best ..tivi mate is good but you do have to pay 8 euro for the year
