GSE apple tv pro app gets stuck with a banner that I can't remove - anyone facing the same recently?

So I've been using GSE IPTV for 3-4 years now, and recently on apple tv I started to get this notification below when I launch the app. Not sure what triggers it, an only way I can remove it is through re-installing the app (which causes the playlists to reset so not preferable), has anyone faced the same? Any way to remove it?

The youtube link on it goes to a video that has been removed from the site

I used to use GSE but have not in a while. I use IPTVX as well and it works great on AppleTV, no issues at all. Small sub price for all devices or one-time fee per device. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/iptvx/id1451470024
