Entry level android box

by Ralinyth

I'm looking for recomendations for an entry level android box as I'm new to iptv. I tried getting firstick but I get constant buffering on it. After doing speed test, I get only 50mbs speeds on 5Gz wifi, so I'm guessing this might be the problem.

My desktop is getting in the range of 170-200mb on wired connection so I want to try a box with ethernet. I know most people will recomend shield pro but it's too expensive as a trail box. Any thoughts ?

I don’t think the Firestick is your issue because I have several Firesticks and I rarely get buffering.. It’s more than likely your Internet or your IPTV provider that is causing the buffering not Firestick. Also you do know you can connect a Ethernet cable to a firestick, you just need to buy a OTG cable & Ethernet adapter that gives you speed up A Gigabyte.. Whatever you do not buy the Amazon ethernet adapter it will max out a 100Mbps..

50 mbps should be more than enough to stream iptv. Mine is 75 mbps and the only time it's buffering is when my provider is having server issues.

I'm using 2 fire sticks for iptv btw. Even 25 mbps is fast enough for iptv.

Get the ethernet adapter for firestick for $15, then you don’t have to buy another android box.

50mbs should be plenty fast enough but try connecting to 2.4 ghz instead of 5. Also if you already have the firestick, they make an adapter so that you can use a hard wired connection.

$20 ONN streaming box at Walmart. You probably have to order an inexpensive cable to make it Ethernet capable, but try it first without, generally 50 MB/sec is plenty for streaming without buffering.
