Best IPTV Player from the Windows store has worked best for me out of all the one's I've tried. It cost me £2.50 while on sale. It's not without it's faults but there are plenty of options to fine tune your experience with it. Developer hasn't updated it in a year or so but it has been working with no issues.

Perfect Player used to work well but it hasn't been updated in a long time.

I have been using simpletv for almost two years now.

I think you will be out of luck, especially if your iptv is using Xtreme codes login. I have not been able to find any pc apps at all other than smarters. So, I have mostly been using the web interface instead when on pc.

I've become a fan of iMPlayer at https://implayer.tv/ It doesn't have as many features as some of the others but if a stream is stuttering on Tivimate or SmartersPro then iMPlayer will always play it smoothly.

Tivimate is absolutely the best. It’s like the grid format from a cable provider but you can add, remove, reshuffle channel. Change the colors. Many options. You can add unlimited playlists using m3us, xtream codes or the stalker portal.
