Hi, I am adding channels to favourites on my IPTV Smarters Pro on FireStick and in fact favourites shows a number. However, when I press on favourites it says "no channel found". Any idea why?

Your provider replaced the streams that your favorites pointed to. You can't delete them, either, I would guess. You have to reinstall smarters and put your logins back in. That's the only way around it. Favorites are handy, but they can cause problems like these
