My IPTV is very very slightly out of sync, the app I use has a VPN that you can switch on or off in the app. Would a premium VPN help this syncing issue? I’ve tried closing background apps and updating and restarting the the fire stick. The internet connection is good and the router is right by the TV.

The channel streamed can also be the problem, but im assuming you already contacted provider
Have you tried adjusting the AV sync tuning on your fire stick… Go to settings> Display and sound> audio> AV Sync Tuning.. If that doesn’t work then I would suggest trying to use a different IPTV Player like Tivimate or XCIPTV to see if the problem persist.. If it still happens with a different IPTV player then Try reaching out to your IPTV provider to see if they’re having issues..
Use an external player like VLC to adjust the offset or use tivimate and it will do the same
Are you meaning the sound is out of sync or it's delayed over live TV which nothing can improve
Make sure sound settings are set to stereo in firestick settings.
Also you can use try to use VLC player as external player. You can adjust the audio delay and apply it to all vids with VLC player.
Could be your provider. Could be your app (force stop clear cache). Could be your device. Fierstick has a AV sync feature, my TVs, and so does my theater receiver.
I have a few IPTVs and the one connected to a cheap TV is slightly out of synch. My quality TVs are synched.
What do you mean by "out of sync"? Are you talking about the video and audio being out of sync? If you use Tivimate then you can adjust that.
There's a sound syncing setting within the fire stick settings where you can speed it up or slow it down. I also recommend using tivimate as your player if your iptv allows it. I switched to tivimate and all my syncing issues fixed themselves
Many reasons why this could be as it will be all internet related. I.E.: the vpn could be the issue, your app could be the issue, the streaming format could be the issue, your isp could be the issue. Try it in your phone with LTE is my first recommendation and from findings start process of elimination
