Hello Redditors, reaching out, asking for your valued opinions.
I have a Mi Box S connected to my TV in the lounge.
Tried using several apps available on Google play. The obvious IPTV app Smarters Player Pro I cannot get for the Mi Box S.
Currently using IPTV Stream Player, working but on live tv there is notable buffering.
Please give advice and suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Is tivimate available? It's the best there is.
I have a 1st edition Mi Box I think you have to sideload smarters but it sucks anyways.
Tivimate is much better.
As others have said, Tivimate is the best. IMPlayer is also very good. If my wife wasn't already hooked on Tivimate I would switch because in my experience iMPlayer streams better with problem channels.
I would recommend TiViMate for MiBox S, using it myself on my MiBox and it works great!

I use Tivimate with my two Mibox s and one Shield No issues with either box
If you for some reason don't want to use Tivimate, I would suggest perfect player. It has a nice remote control app and you can use a windows PC as a data server to manage the playlist and epg.

Flix IPTV is a good player.
Tivimate premium is the way to go and is the is the Cadillac of IPTV players..
