I have an app on my phone called iPTV Player that allows me to enter the playlist URL and the MAC address associated with my IPTV account. The app is no longer in the store so I can’t download it to my IPad (I had it on my old iPad)
Anyone know an alternative?

You’re able to download older versions of iOS apps if you previously downloaded them. In the AppStore on your iDevice, find the tab that says Purchased (possibly Not on This Device). I did this the other day downgrade an app version.
iSTB, STBEmuTV and iTV Player- those 3 apps will do the job excellently well
