I've spent ages and ages looking for the answer and I'm hoping somebody here can help me. I have lists of video urls saved in play list format and I want the next video to play automatically regardless of the play device.
Is there some secret code I can add to the play list to make this happen? Or am I completely on the wrong track...
Just use VLC player. This isn't IPTV.
Create an m3u file. Look up online on the format of the m3u file. Easily editable with any text editor. Load the m3u file into your media player app such as VLC and play it. It will then play the first in the list and continue to the next. In a lot of media players, you can even shuffle the tracks.
I don't think there is a way to get this to work on all devices.
When you say playlist format, what exactly do you mean? M3u?
This has nothing to do with the playlist itself (m3u8 or such). It has to do with the app or program you play on. Some will have an autoplay next feature, some will not.
