Yep by far the best is Nvidia Shield with TVmate. That's the way I have both TVs in the house
I am using the Google Chromecast with Google TV, works well with Tivimate

Yeah osmc is fine. Shield is by far one of the best for everything so that’s a good purchase if you have the budget
