IPTV smarters app would be the best shot for mac/windows/android/ios, but not for ubuntu/linux. m.3.u list would work if the list is short enough. but for a list with roughly 20 channels, that is not possible.

I'm looking for some reliable plugin for VLC or Kodi that allows me to use xtream code api instead of list url.
