For those subbing with myboommedia or I suppose anyone with a reseller using the LtQ app...
In the aftermath of the incident I was stuck on version 50 of the LTQ app. When I tried to open it, it would prompt me to update. Which always failed. I was getting no info or help for my provider so I uninstalled the app. Then downloaded the apk from myboommedia.com/ltq.apk instead of the google play store (I guessed that would work). I then installed that apk, which worked and then it asked me to update it. Which I did. Now it seems to have worked and the app is open and works! Not all the channels, just most of the UK ones and even they're on and off a bit, freezing every once in a while. But it's better than where I was. The problem was that I had version 50 and it was trying to update directly to version 53. Downloading from that link gave me version 51 which was able to update to 53. It may not work for everyone, I'm using an Android Box.
Now barring the app failing again, I just have to wait till they re-load all the content. Myboommedia really haven't been forthcoming with updated information, rarely posting info, support tickets are not being addressed and their online chat is disabled. I had to figure this fix out myself. We haven't heard anything at all from them for 4 days.
