I have a Vu+ Duo2 in the living room. I need a new device for the bedroom so I am looking at options. One option is the Vu+ Zero 4k. Another is the Z7+.

The downside based on my duo2 is it doesn't handle catchup when using suls plugin and the m3u and isn't really designed for iptv, its more of a proper cable/sat replacement box. Upsides are its a true TV box so no messing about with apps, you turn it on and it plays, and you can customise the channel lists to hide the junk and re-arrange the channels, so it just works, and its reliable, never crashes.

The Z7+ seems popular and seems to be a fair bit cheaper at £90 vs more like £148 for the zero 4k once you include a wifi dongle. However I read about issues with the epg which I would hope are resolved by now? and I don't know if this mytvonline app has the ability to remove categories you dont want to see and to rename and rearrange channels? Also not sure of the stability.

I am trying to work out whether to grab the Z7+, with the risk being I have not used a box like that before, or pay a lot more and get the zero 4k, knowing exactly what I am getting but getting a box not really designed for iptv again. There may be other pros and cons for the z7+ that I haven't thought of.

I have tried Mag 256, Buzz,Formular Z+, Mag 351. But i am not satisfied.. please tell me if i will buy Ultimo 4k. I know its a expensive device but may be i will be satisfied with that if it will give me what i want as i me tioned above.

Will Ultimo 4k is best for iptv...? Can i install kodi or terrarium app on ultimo 4k.

Sorry if the wording isn't clear; there are several sites/services that offer US channel official streams, with IP restrictions to the US and Canada, and adjustable video quality. If you open a logger, you see that the .m3u8 file is hosted at the official source. There seem to be no such sites for UK channels, with only rehosted/recorded streams available. Do the UK channels use different encryption? If so why haven't US channels adopted those practices?

ESPN, ABC, Fox, NBC, TNT, Bein Sport etc. have all been broken in this way, so I don't think its just a bug with one service.

I wanna know why US channels are so bad at protecting their streams lol

Can anybody recommend a projector to show iptv on.

I'm looking for a subscription with servers in or near Australia to minimise chances of buffering. I mainly watch MLB games and SKY F1. Also we like having baby TV for our little one. I currently have been using NFPS but F1 and baby TV buffer terribly. I would like catch-up on F1 if possible as shift work can make it hard to be awake for the Races. I did a trial of IPTVstack and that seemed to be very good. But seems quite pricey. But if there is nothing else that is solid enough any cheaper I may just go that way.

I was looking for a back up service, so I decided to Try Eternal after hearing some good things. I also have Vaders which I am quite happy with as well.

My question is can I load both services m3u playlists and EPG's into Perfect player at one time or do I need a seperate player for each service?

Folks is there any good alternatives to vaders for UK and Irish channels?

Had some issues with vaders and looking to find a new source. Using m3u lists if possible.
