I have already searched everywhere and found no conclusive answer on this.

I want to know if the timeshift rewind works properly.

So for example If I have been watching lets say for an hour, and then I decide to rewind, will it rewind through the whole last hour that the channel has been buffering? I read in an older post that it only can rewind a few minutes. I want to know if that has changed and if it now really works completely.

Does anybody know or can someone confirm this?

I have tried already to ask the official channels, but got no answer. Don't wanna spend the money then findout it doesnt have the a properly working timeshift. Important feature to me.

Hello, I am very happy with the iPlayTV app on the AppleTV but the only problem is that it is impossible to play live 4K content, the image freezes (it is not from my connection). I think the problem comes from my settings someone have a solution?

Hi guys. I am trying to figure out how to easily create my own dummy EPG for the channels that i dont have EPG info.Like, i wanted to create a dummy EPG that always says "News 24h" at any time, of any day.I would then, use a tool like tv_merge (xmltv) to merge that into my real EPG.Does anyone know of a simple way to create dummy EPG?

I saved this file as dumy.xml.

Then, i created a bash script like this:

I have this script run once per day, as a cron job.

Then i use tv_merge to merge it into my original epg. (also cron job)

I noticed that xciptv recently was removed from playstore.

Anyone know the reasons, other than that it is used for streaming iptv, and if it is temporarily like in the past?

Man I am having a time with buffering in TiviMate can’t even watch because of it. Is there a work around ? I have a wired connection and also very good speeds, I have deleted and then reinstalled but that did nothing I am using a M3u also I am using nivida shield tv with more then enough storage someone please help I am at my wits end also have the premium account with TiviMate

There are several IPTV apps for the AppleTV but the EPG's display terrible or scroll terribly on all of them. I'm looking for a webbased or Windows based IPTV player that I can use as an online EPG.

Basically I want to be able to search for something like "Lakers" and it would tell me all the channels the LA Lakers are playing on just as an example.

Any suggestions?

How do I fix the issue with the tv guide on iptv smarters where as I'm scrolling down through the channels and the timeline keeps shifting to the right?

hi all, 1st time poster, I've been playing with different IPTV services for a few weeks now, I've found one I like, and I'm ready to start setting it up on some TV's more permanently. , I've had moderate success on 2 Fire TV's, i can view and use the EPG's all well and good enough, but what about PVR functionality? id like to be able to schedule some recordings at times or via its show name similar to an ISP's pvr.

what do I need that will give me PVR recording capabilities from my IPTV service? is there some kind of hardware device that will do a neater job of this and tying it all together to get a working PVR?

Once in a while the favorites just disapears and I have to re-enter all the channels that I want in the favorites folders. Anyway to backup the Favorites from IPTV Smarters or a worth while software that will allow this?

Xteve is frustratingly slow updating the database or doing any large modifications like bulk updates with a large number of channels (28591 streams, 8976 active). Slow like an hour + before the site is ready when I start xteve. Should I give up on using vod and 24/7 channels that make up the bulk of the channels? I know xml manipulation isn’t a fast process but this is painful.

The time slider will get stuck, and not show the time in the episode or movies I’m watching. Example: I pause the movie at 15:30 seconds in, I’ll un-pause, continue watching and then go to pause it against 30 mins later and it still says 15:30. Confusing to remember where I left off if I need to stop it and try and watch it later. Any fix?

I have been using m3u connections in tivimate for a while. I like that I can easily edit the m3u in m3u4u and remove channels I dont want. I also like that I can sort the channels so that the channels I most frequently watch are at the top of the line up. Further, I like the m3u4u epg better than my providers and finally, I like that I can take channels from say the sport group and place them in other groups. As a result of all these features, I am reluctant to leave m3u type connections.

Now I am noticing that many providers are going away from m3u to MAC connections. Is it possible to do any of the things that I can do in the first paragraph with a MAC connection?

Will I be stuck with my providers epg? Is it possible to resort, delete and regroup channels with MAC connections?

So I recently bought a month subscription to test out an iptv service. The other day I went to visit the client area and the website wont load as I keep getting "server error." Since they have my credit card info should I be concerned? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a way to personalise the setup on duplex play? I use IPTV smarters on my firestick and that allows me to create favourites in a separate folder, making it easier to find the channels I want to watch. On duplex it gives you the options to favourite a channel, but when I press green to access favourites it's just to put the channel/folder I'm on into a favourite. Duplex plays so much better on my TV than smarters does through my FS. It's just the lack of being able to personalise it that's letting it down. Or am I just being completely thick? I'm using a samsung TV 19/20 model

Hi, I got the new Google TV with StbEMU. I get an annoying error message every 10 minutes or so saying that I have low space on the device. I haven't installed much. How do I turn this crap off?

Does anyone know if Ministra/Stalker server can serv M3U lists?
I am experimenting with free public streams only.
I can only get it to work with Mag devices.
And maybe it is only designed to work with MAG devices.

Is there other middleware that anyone can suggest to be able to serve up M3U and mags.
I am only aware of Ministra/Stalker.

When I play an HD channel,it plays for about 1 minute and then says:"Stream will not play".That doesn't happen with the not HD channels. Is it the provider or the player?

Hi guys, while I was on a holiday, I came back for a broken door and stolen stuff. Anyway, my smart TV was gone and I had just renewed my IPTV and paid for it. My question is can I use the same subscription but for a new TV I’v bought? And how can I do that?
