Hi everyone, I have got a problem with my Smart STB app I was hoping you could help me with.
I use the Smart STB app on my samsung TV, I have a IPTV subscription which I have checked with my provider that I till have 6 months left on. My app if fully purchased and unlocked permanently.
It has been working flawless the past few months, but now when I try to load the portal I just get a “Portal Connection Timeout” error. I have restarted my router to no avail. My virtual MAC address has not changed. I have a family member with the same app, same provider with the same portal link (in a different household of course) and theirs is working fine.
Does anybody know what could be causing this? I have entered all the portal details correctly.
