My dad bought this box about a week ago, friend set it up for him and everything, no issues. He was excited to be able to get Avengers Endgame even though it just hit theaters. I convinced him to watch Infinity War first cause Im a good son. However, about 2 days after this, the VOD function appears to have stopped working. It initially showed somewhere in the range of 5000+ movies and now shows zero, along with no categories. The Live tv function still works but only has one of the marvel movies on it.
His friend told him that the service was down for updates or something but its been over a week. I just wanna know if my dad got taken for a ride, or if there something he can or should do to fix this. Like maybe he missed an update or something. Or if it is actually just getting updated and he just has to ride it out
