So for those who do not Know about BeoutQ :
After the political problems between Saudi Arabia & Qatar , and after Saudi Arabia banned everything related to Qatar including Flights/ Diplomatic / commercial affairs ext.. and as a result of this political conflict Saudi Arabia also banned BEIN SPORTS the Giant QATAR Sport Network that have exclusive licenses for many sport leagues specially World cup / La Liga / premium league and many more .
So to solve this issue in Saudi Arabia and to get access to watch the WORLD CUP 2018 and other sport leagues they created a website called BeoutQ that only ips from Saudi Arabia can access this website and watch all sports events from BeinSports for free ! later they started to release BeoutQ devices with monthly subscriptions more than 80% less than the BeinSport device subscriptions , well this was only the begging to what later will be the Industrial-Scale Theft of Global Sports and Entertainment .

World sport and entertainment are being stolen by Saudi Arabia. In what initially had its roots in a regional dispute between Saudi Arabia and Qatar, the beoutQ piracy has now become one of the greatest threats to the future of the sports and entertainment industry.

beoutQ set-top boxes are openly sold from shops across Saudi Arabia, illegally marketed with the logos of all the major European football leagues, and very heavily promoted online. beoutQ set-top boxes have also been sold through localized networks in other countries in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region too. The crisis in piracy and IP theft is escalating, with beoutQ itself now being “pirated”. beoutQ “channels” are being hacked and re-distributed by other pirates across MENA – and even around the world – via internet streaming.
Like all pirates, beoutQ operates in hiding, but investigations have revealed the identity of some of those behind it. It is also well-known that beoutQ uses Arabsat for its satellite broadcasts. Yet, despite being given this information, the Saudi authorities and Arabsat refuse to stop beoutQ, and the Saudi Government has closed their courts to any legal claims by beIN against the copyright infringement.
In addition to the pirate satellite channels, the beoutQ set-top boxes stream pirated live television, and on-demand movie content from all over the world, via internet applications.
The pirate applications include “ShowBox” – known as the “Netflix of Piracy” – which provides illegal access to over 10,000 major international movie and television series, including: Ocean’s 8 (Warner Bros. Other pirate applications offer between 2,300 and 4,000 live television channels from all over the world, thousands of movies in different languages, and up to 35,000 TV show episodes.
At a time when Saudi Arabia is opening cinemas and attracting investment by movie studios from around the world, Saudi consumers are already learning how to steal all this content for free – all courtesy of beoutQ.
Like all pirates, the beoutQ operators don’t have the courage to operate in the open. They have made bogus claims on their website about being based in Cuba and Colombia, and even broadcast childish “Welcome to Cuba” and “Welcome to Colombia” clips on their channels to try to con the world into thinking that they are based in the Americas.
The nonsense of beoutQ’s claims did not go unchecked, with authorities in both Cuba and Colombia writing letters (below) to firmly refute any and all claims that the pirate operation is connected to them.

NOW ALL MAJOR SPORT LEAGUES INCLUDING LA LIGA , FORMULA 1 , PREMIERE LEAGUE , FIFA , UEFA AND DOZEN MORE MOVED THIS CASE TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA UNDER THE NAME OF BIGGEST COPY RIGHTS THEFT IN HISTORY ! SO WE ALL KNOW AND REMEMBER WHAT HAPPENED WITH MEGA UPLOAD AND HOW IT CAUSED 90% OF FILE SHARING WEBSITES TO CLOSE , SO IF THE US WILL START INVESTIGATING THE BEOUTQ CASE A SIMILAR THING MIGHT HAPPEN TO THE IPTV SERVICES AROUND THE WORLD !
BUT THERE IS ONLY 1 GOOD NEWS IN THIS STORY , SAUDI ARABIA AND THE US HAVE THE PERFECT POLITICAL RELATION NOW , AND THE US IS AGAINST QATAR SO FAR ! SO I PERSONALLY THINK THE US WILL IGNORE THIS CASE !

Hi,
I am new to IPTV, signed up for my first account last week with a small provider and noticed buffering in the evenings from around 5pm-9pm.
I placed a ticket with the IPTV provider and the account was checked and no issues found.
I signed up with another bigger IPTV provider and I have the same issue during these times, which leads me to believe the issue is with my speed and ISP provider.
My connection is ADSL2 which give me around 14 Megabits per second, this never changes even during the evenings.
I mainly use the smart IPTV app with my LG tv. I have also used SS IPTV app on the tv and myiptv player on the pc.
During 9pm to 5pm the picture is flawless on both IPTV accounts, all SD and HD channels never buffer...no issues what so ever, or any app I use.
As soon as 5pm - 9pm comes it constantly buffers, every night.
I have signed up with ipvanish and a vpn doesn't seem to fix the issue. With the pc I can get around 11 to 12 Megabits per second and 5Megabits per second when connected at a router lvl so I can use the tv app.
I have also changed the dns for the tv to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 ...did not help.
I am just wanting to know if anyone else has these issues with Telstra? I know my speed is not ideal but as I said during the day the service is flawless.
In 2 months nbn (fttn) will be available, will this help or is it Just Telstra's overseas bandwidth allocation or do they throttle IPTV during peek hours?
I am not worried too much as I only have the iptv service to watch usa prime time shows and sport. This all airs my time early morning. I am just confused why it buffers at those times.
Hoping someone can help me out with the answer or even point me in the direction of trouble shooting the issue.
