Is smartdns good for watching IPTV, in particular, live soccer (I know that now there aren't games) or should I use a VPN isnted. My Internet provider usually block live soccer in IPTV

I'm living in a country where local tv don't provide tv guides.

As a side project, I want to build an EPG Generator that can be used to share TV programs with viewers. Since EPG is often use by IPTV afionados, I wonder if you know any EPG generator/builder that can be used or show me a starting point to develop a generator

I am using stbemu (paid app) for iptv (Canada) and wanted to know if there is an option or way to change the epg? Or is there a better app than stbemu that can stream iptv better with a better looking epg? I am running the stbemu on an android box and have amazing internet speeds. (ps: by reading my question it will be evident that I am a newbie with iptv services so please be kind :) and help me figure this out, Thanks!)

I’ve now picked up three popular services in hopes to find one that doesn’t have buffering issues, blank video with audio or looping of the same clip for mins/hours.

It seems to be the same channels that have the same issues no matter the service I pickup. This leads me to believe that most are pulling their streams from a primary source.

The big thing is that I setup the service for my parents as they’re stuck at home right now with nothing to do and tend to watch either older shows or news stations which either buffer, loop or nothing at all.

I’ve tested on multiple devices and still the same issue.

Title pretty much says it all. We have Perfect Player on our Firestick and when scrolling through the channel guide, it lags pretty badly and will crash somewhat often. Is there any way to prevent this lag? Is there an alternative player that doesn't lag or crash as badly?

I have a couple subscriptions that I use that I like, but I'm unhappy with the EPG. Can someone recommend a quality external EPG source

I currently have a mag subscription on my formuler z7+. I am wanting to use xtream editor to slim down the channel list. It is asking for a user and password for the sub. Is there a way to figure this out? I haven't heard back from my provider.

Just now I moved from my office (tv 1) to my living room (tv 2).

TV1 pulled everything up fine, as usual.

TV2 won't load the plist... Same exact URL, same exact service.

I've deleted and relished the link.

I have 2 question about IPTV.

1. Sometimes tv channels on my iptv sre bagging. Whether the problem is the internet or the server is loaded because a lot of people are watching?
2. In addition to tv channels, I also have movie listing on the iptv app. I wonder if the movie when I start it loads or goes live like a tv channels?

Since we watch 100% IPTV now, we would really like to upgrade to a decent, reliable set-top-box or similar system. The stick things everyone sells seem to develop faults and lack reliability. Ideally, we would like something substantial that has an Ethernet port. We simply want to run the main commercial UK IPTV providers (NOWTV, Netflix, Amazon, Disney+) reliably. What are you power users doing? Happy to configure things, have a client / server solution, spend money etc. We are in the UK btw.

I own an IPTV box through which an app called ATN live. I use that app to watch tons of tv stations, but recently my favorite tv station Turkmeneli TV displays that it’s moved to this information (coordinates?):

I see there’s the ability to download apps from play store. Do I download another app to add the channel or something? I also have an app called QTV but that only shows the same information.

Does anyone actually know how to ads VLC to XC? Yea they do have a player selection , and they do show VLC. But u never add it into XC in the first place. Also once you click VLC as a player , it doesn't really work. The player stays the sane... is there a real way to add VLC to XCIPTV?!

Hello, im trying to get stbemu/pro on my firestick for iptv but it just shutsdown the app when i open it, tried 2 different downloads too. I can clear data and then it lets me configure the app but after that i restart stbemu and it wont load. Any help would be much appreciated. Edit: all along it was just bad links. A kind redditor directed me to a working link thanks👍
