Hello, I am trying to run IPTV over VLC on my El Capitan mac with the URL for the playlist. After putting the URL In it pulls up the list of channels, click on one and it'll play it for maybe 10 seconds then jump to the next channel... How do I get it to stop? I found a tutorial of how to simply press this loop button down next to the play button/ button bar, but the mac version simply doesn't have that button. Can't find anything like that in the settings either. Ideas?

Just looking for some ideas on how to make my channels more organised.

First a little about my setup...mainy using SmartIPTV or SmartSTB on a Samsung TV. With Helix as my service.

As it is I have over 7000 channels in 121 groups. Many VOD. What about a way to remove groups that I (probably) will never watch? Remove VOD?

I recently got myself a DVB-C stick, in order to watch TV on my computer. I've been using NextPVR, and it has been working alright, but I'd like to stream the channels to other devices as well. Is there a software like TVHeadend, but for Windows?

EDIT: it seems that some people have gotten confused - no, I don't want to restream an IPTV provider. I basically want to run my private IPTV server, which restreams the FTA channels from my cable package.

Input into each server will be about 500-600mb/s but output will always be higher depending on time of day and day of the week, on a weekend the demand can increase by 60%.
The ability of upgrade the server is a bonus, as my needs change I'd like the server to change with me but the ability to be able to talk to the company is important,

If anyone has any suggestions on companies I'd love to hear, budget Low to start and build as i grow.

I want US tv and my wife likes vod stuff (series, movies) and I’m trying to find a provider that does both well but vod is the important part. The bigger and more updated the better. Any recommendations?

What is a good iOS Chromecast app for using with a IPTV subcription? I try GSE Smart IPTV but their Chromecast function is not working. I also try the iOS version of the VLC Player with Chromecast but you can't put a .TS url in it. So what's a good alternative?

I've been on my trial-pilgrimage and found two providers that check all the boxes I'm looking for in a service. Vaders offers the fullest EPG for US channels, but I really enjoy Gears EPG with Mayfair and Kodi. Gears just doesn't offer m3u for my DVR so I won't be moving on with them. I'd really like to utilize Vaders with Mayfair if possible.

Anyone with a FormulerZ Z7+ and TitanTV having issues with the EPG? Only about 5% of it actually loads. I wonder if I have my settings wrong.

My dad uses Eternal TV app with the smarters EPG. If you go to any of the sports packages, they don't list what game is playing on what channel. Its annoying to have to search every channel for the game you want. Is there any way to get the guide to show the game playing in the description or title?

Got my firestick today and have tried VLC player and the built in one, both work fairly well however some channels have slight jerkiness. Using SmartersIPTV btw, is there anything i can do to stop the jerkiness>?
