So I've got a couple of subs including one with catch up, but I'm struggling to find the best way to access it. My set up is basically through my iPad for the most part, which I typically cast, but I use my xbox one as well (MyIPTv). No issues in accessing Catch up on the ipad (GSE), but when I do, there is no way to cast it. For the xbox one, I'm using Myiptv, and don't see anyway how to access catch up.

Can someone help me out with both? So looking for a way or app that will let me cast Catch Up from my iPad and would like to know if I can access Catch Up on the xbox with MyIPTV (or something else - no luck with Kodi either).

I'm relatively new to the IPTV experience but I'm loving it so far. I do have one problem though. On my computer Kodi works just fine. On my Minix Android box, I find Tivi Mate and Kodi and IPTV Smarters are problematic. A station can be working flawlessly on my laptop but on Android it is not. Can anyone share what Android software they use and their opinion of it?

Once you click on it, select the appropriate "reason" for reporting the post and it will be gone. If I can do it as a regular user, I assume anyone can. So please, let's all together keep this sub-reddit clean by "reporting" posts that clearly break the rules. It's basically an automated system and it's immediate, just don't abuse it by "reporting" posts that you merely don't like versus posts that break this sub rules.

I am unsure if this has been answered before but I do not see anything in the first few pages and so i will ask.

My mother needs access to TV and she is not very technical at all .. she has issues even using an Ipad if that tells you anything. Is there any service I can get her that has menus and crap that are easy for her to use? She really only wants Old lady channels like BBC, Gardening, Cooking stations, Sewing, home improvement stuff .. nothing really that needs the latest and greatest movies. just UK and Canadian/US content and mainly the subjects I listed above.

Is there a service?box?whatever .. that would fit the bill? even the though of a menu with multiple options is a daunting task for her. I am thinking box to boot to a guide that is already pre-set with channels she wants.

Have many services at the moment. At times I think the 720p streams of a channel are actually better than the 1080p ones. I’m beginning to wonder if certain services just upscale the hell out of their streams to spoof quality. Would love to be able to see video and audio bitrates to test this out. Concept similar to how various legit 4K providers stream at varying 4K quality.

Any ideas or best methods for comparing actual quality beyond an eye test?

Hi there! I hope this isnt breaking the no solicitations rules of the post, and if it does feel free to delete this, but I’ve been working on a research project for university and I wanted to know if there were any good sources for EPG guide data for US channels.

Additionally, does anyone know if these sources collect and store historical data? Part of my project is looking through trends in the historical tv guide data to see how certain shows cycle through local/cable/broadcast channels in the US, and this historical guide data would be immensely helpful.

I recently installed Kodi and PVR IPTV Simple Client add-on with a M3U playlist.

I can sort the channels by name or group them by category, but I can't search for a specific channel by name.

The search function on the menu seems to be searching for programs in the Guide and I don't have an EPG.

Can anyone help me with this?

I'm looking for a backup service and I came across three different resellers that appear to be selling from the same source. Is there a difference between the quality of streams from these resellers if the source is the same? One is selling the service for $7, the second is selling it for $8, and the third is selling it for $10.00. Would the catchup channels be the same or would each reseller have different ones? I'm not interested in VOD so if the catchup and the quality of the streams are the same I will just go with the cheapest. Thanks for any help.

A funny thing happened today. I was talking to my new ip provider today, and when I gave him my Mac address, he then told me that he could see that I was a old customer, a long time ago, and see that I have had another ip provider and much more information about the whole thing. How did he do that and is it possible for me to be able to get the same information? I now that he can track my activity and all that, but still, after so long time? I want to get the info as he did when he got my Mac address. Can I get the same info? Thanks in advance.

Looking for a new app to use for IPTV on iOS.. does anyone have any experience with the paid ones? Are they worth the purchase compared to the free ones?

Is this not a wise thing to do? I’m trying to buy a subscription to blackandwhitetv but they only accept credit/debit card, crypto or cash app. I’m in the UK so can’t pay send money abroad with cash app. So I’m only left with two choices but crypto just seems like a hassle.
