I'm trying to setup IVue Tv Guide with my provider but having problems. I am able to add channels using favorites.

I've tried using the XML link I got from provider as a custom XML but get an invalid file error. I feel like there has to be a better easy to setup IVue with my current IPTV provider

Installing StbEmu Pro on a FireTV Cube 2gen?

Has anyone attempted this with success?

I tried downloading the app from the downloader app and after it tried to install it gave me an error message and took me back to the screen to install the app again.

IPTV reliability getting worse?

Is it just me or is the general reliability of IPTV getting worse?

I have used a number of providers over the past 6 months and it seems that there is more buffering than ever before? I am starting to wonder if it is just something with my setup?

Net Iptv not working.

I just got a Samsung QLED and installed and payed for this. I already have an m3u list from my older mag boxes but this website only wants links, and even when i use one link from one channel in my list, it doesnt work. How can I make such a link or?? Please help!

Is it illegal to share free/open streams?

For over a year I've been collecting streams from US local channels that have their news or information programs open and on their website. I want to share the list for free, but is it illegal?

I simply go on their website and find the m3u8 url. It doesn't always work, there are many reasons. But I have about 450 channels now, most of them are ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, then some random locals with news. Some of the urls are real pain as the url changes daily or hourly or with each refresh, Anvato streams for example. I estimate that about 70% of my urls work, but its hard to test as some networks cut the open feed when the news are not on and you might think the url isn't working.

I've been wanting to share this list with the community here but not sure if I could get in trouble. I personally think it's legal as there's only news being shown, and then a static image or reruns between live news.

I'm also working on mapping all the stations out on a Google map, and now currently I have all the ABC networks and I'm almost done with CBS, this could be helpful for people who have moved and want a easy way to watch news from their old town. This has been a long project and probably more than 100-150 hours put in to it.

I've also taken great care into the logo's, trying my best to have them as accurate as possible and in good quality, I have focused on png logos that work perfect on gray/dark backgrounds. I've had to recreate many logos. I find most IPTV operators not doing a good job when it comes to logos and having them correct and good quality. But it can be hard work.

But back to my original question, does anyone here know if this is illegal? I am only going to their website and copying the m3u8 url. No hack needed as the url is just on their website and I'm in a way creating shortcut.

Best app for multi screen ?

I’ve noticed that most of the apps aren’t good for multi screen. When trying to watch say two different sports games, the screen boxes aren’t that big. Are there any apps that will use the entire screen for when trying to watch multiple channels ?

Closed Captioning and IPTV

Is it possible to get closed captioning on IPTV Service? I have a friend who has hearing issues and the only thing holding him back from getting IPTV is the closed captioning! Is there anyway to get it?

Dev can't take criticism or suggestion of his own app (IMplayerTV)

So i downloaded his app and even paid for it too to see what the hype is about. By any means all i did was gave him my suggestions or criticism of his app and response was laughable.

App is great but...

First of all i understand this is in a beta state and i want to give my feedback.

here's a little background

Android TV Nvidia Shield (3) & Firestick (1)
Apps used Live Channels, Perfect Player, Smarters & Tivimate
Remote: Shield remote & Firestick

CONS

I'm sure everyone has either devices that i mentioned so there is no need for the Blue, Yellow, Red, Green buttons functions because most of us don't use the actual TV remote and we tend to use the device remote like Firestick or Shield remotes which has no such button to function the Blue, Yellow, Red & green buttons.
Guide Defaults to All Channels or Favorites
While on Channel - UI is too much
Opening the App lands on the first channel

Changes i would like to request if possible

TV GUIDE VIEWING

Remove Blue, Yellow, Red, & Green buttons while on the Guide
No need for the Back icon on the Guide - no one can use it
Don't need to see IPTV Address (on top)
Use Left Dpad as a default to go to the group list

WHILE ON CHANNEL

Just show description of the media
Show player UI (RWD, Pause, FFW) & Length
Remove Grey box don't need to see what's next or before on the channel
Long Press (ok/play button on remote) for Settings / Favorites / Catch Up icon only
remove Search - this is useless
Use Back button as default to go back to TV guide
Up & Down button as a default for channel switching
Remove Date
Clock smaller Font

Ability to hide group Favorites & All Channels
Ability to play Last Channel when opening the app

OVERALL

Seeing this app is still in beta its impressive to what functions it can do, i personally love the look of the UI and it reminds me of back in the days tv but better but we know that looks isnt always what people are after for, its the functions. While somewhat friendly UI most wives or older will need to get used to it. There are some bugs but this is why the app is in BETA. You have to remember this app will be compared to others and if you're planning to set the standard you need to implement some of the things i mentioned which i promise you others feel the same way. I love the fact that you have the ability to minimize what you are currently watching while browsing the guide, no player has done this yet. Lastly if you can figure out a way to integrate Plex or Emby on this player you will have lots of consumers buying this app. While VOD is great from what these IPTV providers have but personal or service servers with Plex or Emby is far greater functions.

I purchased this app out of curiosity to see what the hype is but will come back once it reaches out of beta.

Apologies, as I'm a bit out of touch with IPTV recently. I live outside of the UK and I'm after a service where I can get high quality streams of UK free to view TV. I'm not interested in any premium channels, really.

I realise that there are apps which can stream these channels, but the quality is usually terrible.

Any ideas?

TVIP 605 not so smooth playback on VOD

Hello all! I bought a TVIP 605 yesterday and the TV channels experience is great, no lag etc. But the 4K VOD and the 1080p movies is mini stuttering. When i play the same movie through Smart IPTV on my LG TV, it runs smoothly. I've tried to change HDMI Auto Framerate to ON and it doesnt help.

Need help to solve this.. anyone with a suggestion? Did factory reset etc.

254 mag - loads portal but no video or sound

Ive been experiencing this really horrible problem that my IPTV service cant seem to figure out so I thought Id post it here.

I have a sub to greatiptv and for the most part its pretty good. However every couples days my service just stops working, no sound or video. Ill restart the device, usually no luck. Even though their portal loads.

If I go to Video on demand section and choose a file it says file missing or file not found.

If I wait it out a couple days it'll start working again.

Anyone have this experience? anyone know what might be happening.

How do I access groups on TiviMate on my Firestick?

I’ve searched this and it appears that I should be able to press ‘back’ to get my groups up but it only exits the app. If I long press ‘back’ I get the upgrade screen.

Are groups only available with paid-for TiviMate? If so, I’ll purchase, I just wanted to try first.

TV Time Delay? - Sync Foreign TV Channels to Local Time

I want to want UK television, in the USA at the same time, it airs in the UK locally.

Eg at 6 pm EST I want to watch the 6 pm News in London.

Is there a service that offers this service? So essentially the TV would be offset by 5 or 6 hours.

Ok2 user for many years. Recently it sucks. No ppv events, nhl package not added. Has anybody stuck with it? I've moved to a new server the last 2 months. Has it improved? I really liked ok2. Had all the channels I needed

Why is STBEmu picture quality superior to any other IPTV app?

Out of curiosity I gave STB Emu a try, and I have to say that picture quality is incredible! Even 720p streams look super smooth and sharp, way better than in any other app, using same list and same device. Is it the player they're using, decoder or something else? And is there any way to use that player as an external player in some other app?
