What's the best way to combine both?

I'm trying to set something simple up for my parents that are... tech illiterate on the cusp of luddites.

I have an HD homerun. I'd like to get it to run with an IPTV. Local channels is a big concern for them.

I love TiviMate, but don't think it can do it. Emby looks like it might work, but I haven't tried and setting up remote access seems like a major pain. Kodi might work? I've been staying away from 18 until the wrinkles are ironed out.

So I got a provider and I assume will have to put in a long list of web addresses into say Perfect player or whatever IPTV app I use but there doesn't seem to be a way to copy and paste in Android TV.

Are people really just forced to type the entire thing out cause that seems insane?

I currently have a first gen firestick and it struggles with IPTV, it's a bit slow and gets stuck at times. Looking to buy a more powerful android box, ideally around the 50 euro mark. Any recommendations?

First, sorry if this is the wrong sub. I had a hard time finding any other subs specific for perfect player technical questions.

I am currently using beast IPTV with their modified perfect player.

Whenever I am scrolling right to view the different channel groups, if I want to scroll left to go back to the previous group, it takes me back to the "all groups" column and I have to start over. Does that make sense?

I'd like to be able to hit left to just go to the previous group and not start over ! any help? THANK YOU!

Anyone know of some way to basically host my own MAG portal for my customized m3u list? No, I'm not trying to figure out how to pirate a pirate stream. I'm trying to figure out how to get my custom m3u list as a MAG portal since MyTVOnline only supports 1 m3u list. I've tried to clone the MyTVOnline app with other apps but they either don't load or isn't supported. Anyone have any ideas?

Hey, I need to ask a question. It's alright if it can't be done but I would love to know the answer.

1. Is it possible to replace paid channels with it links. However whilst leaving the free channels coming through the satellite. I.e. BBC 1, BBC 2, ITV 1 etc are coming through the satellite. But when you get to sky 1 or UK gold, they are replaced the the corresponding IPTV link. So your using IPTV for channels that are paid.

Also 2. Is it possible to have multiple links on the same channel. So if your first link fails then it automatically jumps to the second link meaning you'll always have a working channel (providing at least 1 of your links/providers are working.) Kinda like a failsafe system.

As I say I'm using a zgemma box and would love it if someone could shed some light on this. Even just giving me a lead onto a possible solution. Thanks in advance.

I use stb emu on my android box to watch iptv and I have a problem with the time shift feature.

When I try to rewind the video in any channel I get the error "File is missing". Anybody knows what might be wrong?

For people that just want IPTV so they can watch EPL/Champions League games etc, why bother with IPTV when you can buy a legit subscription service for similar (or less) money?

2 that spring to mind right away are ElevenSports Taiwan (show MOST EPL games) and Optus Sports in Australia (show ALL EPL & Champ League/Europa League games).

A sub for ElevenSports in Taiwan costs around £2.80 a month & Optus in Australia is around £8 a month.

I can use the Optus one on my iPhone/iPad & Apple TV & never have any buffer/server issues.

Sure you might need to set up accounts for Optus/ElevenSports & use either a VPN or SmartDNS service, but they work great.

Hi, anyone managed to play catchup from xe or another plugin and is able to fast forward and pause. XE for me just plays it and doesn't allow me to pause, rewind and fast forward, kinda annoying :-/

Hey there. I am using Perfect Player on Android TV for my IPTV service, and I have the option selected to play the last watched channel on app start. However, by default, Perfect Player returns to the "All Channels" group and tunes to the channel in this group, rather than the more specific group I was previously using to watch it with (in my usual case, "USA Channels").

I know how to hide groups in Perfect Player through Group Management mode, however, the option to hide "All Channels" is not there like it is with the other groups. Is there another way that I can either hide the All Channels group or at least have Perfect Player tune to the channel I last watched using the correct group rather than finding it within the All Channels list?

So I have Helix, and they have around 12 different nbc gold channels, all numbered, and one mosaic and gold rush that I think are for the premier league.

I want to watch the figure skating competitions that are streamed there, but when I asked which channels to watch helix told me "they didn't know".

I know other providers use the same streams, so could anyone explain to me how do I use them? Maybe for those channels I need a VPN? Can I even watch figure skating in one those channels?

I swear there isn't any good ones

For Vaders and Beast should I select ts or m3u8?
