I know they were having domain issues. Suddenly a few days ago my account is gone and I am not getting any response from customer service. The last TWO times the domain changed I also got no notice.

My ISP has just started blocking IPTV, can you recommend a box that will work well with VPN? I would like the VPN to stay on always and if possible, function like a TV box so I don't have to keep opening the app for IPTV, it just turns on with the channels.

I seem to be having a problem with my broadband and STB Emu Pro. I'm using STB Emu Pro on an open box with Sky Fibre Broadband but the app keeps crashing.

When I'm using STB Emu Pro, around after 30 / 40 minutes of use, the video feed will just cut off and the screen goes black. The info bar at the bottom of the screen (where it details what on the channel etc.) keeps appearing and disappearing but the video stays black. To get it back on, I need to close and re-open STB Emu which then refreshes the portal and starts the video again.

Has anyone experienced anything similar? I've been lead to believe it's due to my broadband provider, Sky, but surely this can't be the issue. I've been into my router settings and turned off Sky Shield etc. to allow the best connection but it still happens.

Edit 17/10 - I have been messing with a number of settings to try and sort out the problem.

I seem to have fixed it, I have changed the settings regarding the ethernet to give the box a static IP, rather than a dynamic IP.

I have also changed my STBEmu from a Pro version to a free version but I'm thinking the issue is down to the IP address. Hope it helps.

What do you use ? I had google but was getting hit with buffering. I switched to Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 and it seems to be helping through my VPN knock on wood.

I had an Android tv box that had the power input snap off and I couldn't fix. Can I find a reliable box for under $25? I don't need 4k tbh just little no buffering and IPTV compatible. Im using Vader at the moment so it's nice to have a dedicated app with Android but I'm looking for a different service.

Looks like IPTV may have been blocked by the local (goverment) internet provider, but no sign of anything online being said about it.

Currently my sub still works for both catch up & VOD but no live tv, someone mentioned that MPEG-TS video format may be banned?

Hey all, a bit confused what to do here, got a 4 month service for IPTV Extreme, on Mag 322.

My service ended 3 days ago on one box, and second box has 9 days left.

Seller is not replying for past 2 weeks when I tired buying more credits, even though it shows he read my pm's.

No problem, don't need his service, but now my mac address is stuck on his panel, and it's not removed, new seller can't add me to his panel.

I've often wondered if it would be worthwhile to get several of us together to buy a reseller account and split the credits.

I don't know what the breakeven point would be to make this work... or maybe it's just a bad idea. I really need to understand how reselling works and how many people it would take to have this work out.

Anyone else having Vaders trouble today? I can get on with Perfect Player and the APK , tho it's kinda wonky, but am having trouble with MOL on Z7+ and can't log into the website.

A few weeks back I used my z7+ with a trial service from Helix. It was just a 24 hour trial.

Since then, when I log into my helix account it says "account active" in green with an old expiry date.

The service stopped working after that 24 hours, but I have not been able to activate my mac since then with any helix resellers.

They have essentially keeping my mac locked to their panel in an expired state.

I requested that my account be cancelled yesterday and now I got some confirmation saying it can take 24 hours.

As of this morning it's still not fixed.

I've dealt with lots of providers over the last year, and never ran into this.

Has anyone experienced this?

It's not a huge deal because like everyone else I have a few backup services, but there was one channel they had that I desired.

Hi I noticed perfect player no longer works with Vader(firestick) and has been removed from the store. Even though I side loaded it from a site I guess its down for good. Is there a fix or even a substitute for it. thanks

With Ultrabox going private/offline I am looking at an alternative. Their service was pretty reliable for me and wouldn't mind staying with them as their uptime on my preferred channels is better in large than others I've tried. (Vader's, ACE)

crypto seem good, but I'm not a BC guy so that's just another hoop I don't really need.

I'm currently with Vader's and while their channel listing is nicer and the quality a little better on my end, they are just ALWAYS down and buffer/drop for whatever reason. Epic just worked for the sports/ppvs which is essentially all I want.
